Giving from the Heart.
I strongly believe there is a core collective wound in the world today and a desire for deep healing. My images and prose are a visual expression of the love I would like to share with the world. Creating helps bring to the forefront traumatic events I have experienced in my life which have shaped me emotionally and psychologically.
Through my art, I heal myself and aspire to heal others as well.
The symbol of the heart is an enduring symbol of the infinite nature of love and life, and the love I have for humanity. Since the heart is the first organ to develop when we are in the womb, I have chosen the subjects of the heart and love as my muses. Or I should say, they have “chosen me”.
It is my hope and desire that through my art, we realize we are all interconnected, and that there is no greater power for positive change in ourselves and the world than the love and kindness we freely give from our heart.
